We’re the Brewer family: Jason, Charlotte, and Isabel. We enjoy adventures, as well as brewing. Mostly coffee brewing. Occasionally tea. Once, Jason brewed 2 liters of beer in a plastic soda bottle using a kit; it turned out drinkable. Currently, we are attempting to combine our two passions, by formulating the recipe to brew adventures.
We’re traveling the United States (and occasionally beyond), living full time in our RV, a 2020 Grand Design 31MB fifth-wheel trailer, pulled by our 2019 Ford F-350. We’ve been on the road since October 2019.
